SENATE BILL NO. 63 "An Act relating to road signs encouraging the                                   
use of safety belts" was read the second time.                                                      
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on
